About this Visa

This visa lets your spouse move to Croatia to live with you. You need to be a Croatian citizen or legally living in Croatia (work visa, study visa, etc.). Your spouse can work, access healthcare, and your kids can go to school. The main requirement is proving you earn enough money to support them.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be legally married
  • Must be close family member of someone legally in Croatia
  • No criminal record
  • Must have valid health insurance
  • No age, education, or language requirements for visa

Financial Requirement

Must earn at least 50% of Croatia's average monthly salary (approximately €735/$863 per month). Add more for each additional family member: spouse + 1 child = €846 minimum; spouse + 2 children = €931 minimum. Provide bank statements and recent paystubs as proof. Exception: No income requirement if spouse is refugee or asylum seeker.
